Supawtails ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Supawtails mobile application ("App"), a platform designed for pet owners to connect, arrange playdates, host pets, join events, and manage subscriptions for pets including dogs, cats, birds, and others. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to the practices described herein. 1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve the App's services. The types of data we collect include:

1.1 Personal Information You Provide

• Account and Profile Data: Your name, email address, phone number, age, and details about your pet (e.g., species, breed, photos, videos, approximate location for matching or events).
• Location Data: Precise location (via GPS, with your opt-in consent) or approximate location (via IP address) to facilitate nearby playdates, events, or host services.
• Payment Information: Billing details (e.g., credit card or Google Pay data) processed through third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment details.
• Communication Data: Messages sent via in-app chat, event RSVPs, and support requests.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information (Log Data)

When you use the App, we collect technical data to ensure functionality and security:

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes or as required by law (e.g., 2 years for inactive accounts, subject to deletion requests).

• Deletion: Request account and data deletion by emailing us; we will process requests within 30 days, except for legal backups.
• Opt-Out: Disable location tracking, unsubscribe from marketing emails, or restrict third-party cookie use via device settings.

5. Data Security

6. Location Data

We request your opt-in consent for precise location data (e.g., via GPS) to enable features like finding nearby pets or events. You can revoke this permission anytime in the App settings. Approximate location (via IP) may be used for general matching purposes.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment gateways, social media sharing). We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before interacting with them.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn of such data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians should monitor children's usage and contact us if a child has provided information. Users must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent in their country) to use the App.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers non-refundable subscriptions for premium features:

• No Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable. Canceling a subscription or deleting the App after purchase does not entitle you to a refund.
• Subscription Cancellation: Cancel via Google Play Store settings to prevent further charges. No refunds will be issued for any unused subscription period. Manage subscriptions in the App or Play Store.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via in-App notifications or email. The updated policy will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
