"us," or "our") operates the Supawtails mobile application
("App"), a platform designed for pet owners to connect, arrange
playdates, host pets, join events, and manage subscriptions for pets including
dogs, cats, birds, and others. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect,
use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the App. By
accessing or using the App, you agree to the practices described herein. If you
do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

Precise location (via GPS, with your opt-in consent) or approximate
location (via IP address) to facilitate nearby playdates, events, or host
services.
- Payment Information:
Billing details (e.g., credit card or Google Pay data) processed through
third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment details.

Messages sent via in-app chat, event RSVPs, and support requests.
- Other Data:
Any additional information you voluntarily provide, such as preferences,
feedback, or pet care inquiries.

Automatically Collected Information (Log Data)
When you use the App, we collect
technical data to ensure functionality and security:

third-party cookie use via device settings.

We respond within 30 days. For users in the European Union, you may also

We employ commercially acceptable

Location Data

pets or events. You can revoke this permission anytime in the App settings.
Approximate location (via IP) may be used for general matching purposes.

third-party websites or services (e.g., payment gateways, social media
sharing). We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. We
recommend reviewing their privacy policies before interacting with them.

Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children
under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If we learn of such data, we will delete it promptly.
Parents or guardians should monitor children's usage and contact us if a child
has provided information. Users must be at least 13 (or the age of digital
consent in their country) to use the App.

Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers non-refundable
subscriptions for premium features:
- No Refunds:
All purchases are non-refundable. Canceling a subscription or deleting the
App after purchase does not entitle you to a refund.
- Subscription Cancellation: Cancel via Google Play Store settings to prevent
further charges. No refunds will be issued for any unused subscription
period. Manage subscriptions in the App or Play Store.
For payment disputes, contact Google
Play support or us.
10.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to
reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of
significant changes via in-App notifications or email. The updated policy will
be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after
updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by
the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall
be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
